Special Airdrops (Special Boxes in the lobby) are promotional items that can appear after any game and are available for 24 hours for purchase. They are randomly offered to all players if you saw some Special Airdrop offer, do not expect to get exactly the same Special Airdrop in the future.
Special Airdrops are available on the right side, at the bottom of the screen (as shown in the example below), and can be purchased through AppStore or GooglePlay.
If you’ve already waited for 48-hours and the Special Airdrop hasn’t arrived, simply contact our Customer Service Team. You can also read our guide on How to Submit a Ticket for Special Airdrop Issues.
It is always important to make sure the payment was completed successfully. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have purchased one or more Special Airdrops, they will be sent to your Vault directly within 48 hours after purchase. If you bought 2 or more Special Airdrops and one of them already received, you may need to wait for receiving the other one.
