      Get Back Admin Position in WordPress by following below steps..

      1. Go to Your Hosting Panel
      2. Choose MySQL Database
      3. Find usermeta table name
      4. Find your username in tables data
      5. nmeta_id – leave blank. It will be generated.
      6. user_id – the ID number for the user we just created.
      7. meta_key – type in wp_capabilities.
      8. meta_value – type in a:1:{s:13:"administrator";b:1;} (assign the wp_capabilities with this value. Ensure you carefully type in this value. Do not copy and paste as you may end up with curly quotes which will not work.
