How to get a refund from Free Fire?

  1. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We can, however, process a 1-time refund for the wrong amount of diamonds purchased. The account must have the exact number of diamonds to be refunded.

    To submit a request for a refund for the wrong amount of diamonds purchased, you will need to send a message to our support team here and provide the following information:

    Mail content
    Player UID:
    In-game Name:
    Screenshot of your Payment receipt in Google Play:

    Please note that we shall only issue a 1-time refund for the wrong amount of diamonds purchased and reserve the right to refuse further reimbursements. We do not wish to encourage career victims, nor will we penalize players who legitimately make the occasional slip-up.

    Processing time may take up to 7-14 business days upon submission of all the required information.



    We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

    • Diamonds have already been used in-game.
    • Diamonds weren’t purchased via Google Play.
    • Your request wasn’t submitted within 24 hours.
